growEQ, as the name suggests, is all about growing an individual’s EQ.

EQ is a short form for “Emotional Quotient” and it measures the degree to which a person is emotionally intelligent.

Emotions are central to human life, and to all human and organisational efforts and results, as also to the lack of efforts and results. Emotional Intelligence is all about knowing your own emotions, expressing and managing them appropriately, deciphering them in others, learning from emotions about ourselves and others, and thus harnessing the power of emotions to achieve our goals, and mutual goals with others.

growEQ has been conceived with the idea of empowering individuals and organisations to enhance performance and results. We will do this by providing powerful, experiential training programs in developing emotional intelligence, and other innovative interventions for organisations to help their first-time managers enhance their leadership and people development skills.
