Objectives :

At the end of this workshop, participants will:

1. Know the difference between, and also the qualities required to be, a successful, individual contributor, manager and leader.
2. Know the difference between and effective and an ineffective leader.
3. Know the results of popular research studies done in the field of Leadership.
4. Become conversant with the ideas, concepts, tools and techniques used in a widely practiced leadership model called as L4.

Content Summary:

1. The program is divided into 3 modules covered over a span of 2 days with 8 hrs each day including a lunch and two tea breaks.
2. Following are the modules:
   1. From individual Contributor to Leader - what does it take
   2. Overview of research studies done on the subject of Leadership
   3. Leadership made practical - The L4 model of leadership
3. The methodology includes games, role-plays, video-based discussions, writing and introspection exercises along with slide-based discussions

Duration

The workshop duration is 8 hours divided into 4 online sessions of 2 hours each.
